DELISTED - USMD Holdings, Inc. is an early-stage physician-led integrated health system, through its subsidiaries and affiliates, provides health care services to patients and management and operational services to healthcare providers. The Company develops, operates and manages entities that deliver diagnostic, therapeutic, and hospital-based healthcare to patients. It provide health care services to patients in physician clinics, hospitals, medical clinics and other health care facilities, including cancer treatment centers and anatomical pathology and clinical laboratories.
